Finish: All-natural food-safe conditioning oil
Care: Hand wash with light soap and warm water and wipe dry; never submerge or leave in standing water. Disinfect with lemon, white vinegar, or hydrogen peroxide. Re-oil with a food-safe cutting board or mineral oil; never use vegetable oil.
