Thanksgiving dinner at BLACKBARN is three courses, with starters and sides set out family style for the table to share. Chef Doherty spent nearly three decades at the Waldorf Astoria New York before opening BLACKBARN. His menu brings together the holiday’s most familiar dishes and a few of our own, and it’s made for a long, unhurried meal with family and friends.
