The people have spoken, and we listened! Thorgy Thor returns to BLACKBARN for Spirits Uplifted, our bottomless Halloween drag brunch in NoMad, on Sunday, October 25th at 2:00 PM, with special guests Phaedra Phaded and Chicky Gorgina.

Halloween falls on a Saturday this year, which makes the Sunday before the perfect time to test drive your costume in a room that will appreciate it. If you have been searching for Halloween events in NYC that come with a real meal and a real show, you found it.

Thorgy Thor | @thorgythor
Brooklyn's own and a RuPaul's Drag Race alum from Season 8 and All Stars 3, Thorgy is your host for the afternoon. Her stage history runs from the Drag Race stage to Carnegie Hall, and she is bringing Halloween numbers to the BLACKBARN dining room.

Phaedra Phaded | @phaedraphaded
A touring queen who has performed all over the Northeast, Phaedra is back after joining us for Pride and arriving in full Halloween spirit.

Chicky Gorgina | @chickygorgina
A New York nightlife regular who hosts drag brunches and shows around the city, Chicky joins us as a special guest. Follow along for more of what she does.

And because every good drag brunch needs a soundtrack, there will be a DJ on the decks as always!

What to expect at our Halloween drag brunch in NYC

  • One show, one time. We’re only hosting a single performance, Sunday, October 25th at 2:00 PM.

  • One ticket option, and it covers everything. For $98 per person you get a three course brunch, bottomless bubbles, bellinis, or mimosas, and a performance to die for.

  • Come dressed to kill or come exactly as you are. A full look, a single pair of cat ears, or your regular brunch outfit all all welcome. Just come ready for a good time!

  • Tickets are being sold on OpenTable, and they will go. Both of our Pride drag brunches sold out, so we wouldn’t wait on this one.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes early. You’ll be seated and settled with a drink in hand when the show starts.

  • Cash tips are the best treat. A little goes a long way, and it is the best way to thank the queens for an afternoon of scares and laughs.
